The Truest Version of You

It’s springtime in London and the season of renewal takes on an even greater resonance this year. Out in the hazy sunshine, I feel myself taking gentle and playful steps in the world.

I chat with friends and our conversations go deep. We bounce between bouts of nostalgia and craving the joy of feeling something new. We’re reflective and intentional with our energy. When we sleep, we dream of all the people we’ve ever loved, of discovering hidden treasure buried in our homes, of battling armies as a vulnerable and courageous warrior.

I’ve used the last few months to reflect on what’s meaningful to me and to deepen practices that keep me connected to my centre. I continue to write and spend a few days each week painting in my art studio. I wake slowly, meditate daily, do Yoga Nidra, and sing when the feelings hit me.

My hypnotherapy & coaching practice has grown and changed over the past year, allowing me to see clients around the world.

If you’ve been thinking about working with me, or you’d like to be connected again, get in touch.
